Shipping & Returns 

Thank you for visiting us and shopping with us.

  • We ship domestically within Singapore at the moment. Shoppers enjoy free local shipping to one location in Singapore with minimum spend of $50 in a single purchase. $5 shipping fee will apply for purchase below $50.
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please drop us a note at hello@hikodrinks.com and quote your order number for queries pertaining to your order shipment.

Overview

  • Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods purchased directly from drinkgusto.sg, and within this time period.

Returns

  • Refunds and replacements can only be issued if the goods are damaged or defective the goods were purchased directly through drinkgusto.sg. and returned to us within a 14-day period from receipt.
  • To reduce fraudulent claims, if items have been damaged during shipping, photographic evidence must be provided of the damaged box and damaged items when submitting a request for a refund or exchange.
  • We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund clearance items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
  • If you wish to proceed with a return, please email sales@hikodrinks.com with a subject line RETURNS and provide reference to your order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification on receipt of your returned item.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
  • We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.
  • You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
  • We will refund you the full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back.
